In this day and age.

I've been with NatWest years, never been let down on any issue. I'm elderly now and sometimes forget little things. I locked myself out of my account last week but was helped to get back with a telephone call, which is hard, for me. I don't normally use the phone being Deaf with a Cochlear Implant, NatWest listened, was patient and sorted the problem. In this day and age people don't normally have time to help elderly people who forget things, NatWest did listen, solved problem. Thank you. Reviewed on: 20th February 2023
