Good comms, login needs improvement

Solid company. Login process needs an app - web-page and the details required is slightly clunky. Reviewed on: 21st February 2023

Reply from Bath Building Society Thank you for your feedback. It really is valued and appreciated. As it happens we are launching a new Mobile App very soon. Hopefully on 6th March.
