Not many problems but when I have been a bit stuck for cash, Zempler has been very understanding and their staff very professional on the phone ..... i.e THEY LISTEN! Reviewed on: 22nd January 2026

A POZ THUMBS UP FOR ZOPA

No problems in any shape or form from Zopa. Took less than 5 minutes to sort out my credit card and my limit. Easy online site to navigate. Fast staff response to queries. Way ahead of any other compnies I have had dealings with. Reviewed on: 11th April 2023
