Excellent bank

Having been a customer for many years now I have seen the improvements that have been made, Natwest are quite simply amazing, from the banking app to the standard of in branch customer service, personally I wouldn't dream of switching banks no matter how much the others offer to entice me. Definitely a Five star bank. Reviewed on: 21st February 2023
