Stay away from this company

Had the misfortune of thinking of remortgaging with Platform. They never even looked at my application in 8 weeks and kept delaying. It was frustrating that I had to go to a different lendor following lack of any communication from Platform and paying a variable rate from my current lendor as my fixed rate expired due to delays from Platform.
