Review of the Admiral, Car insurance:

Admiral Insurance shown nothing but CONTEMPT for their customers

No information, incorrect information and misleading information. I've been waiting 10 weeks to find out what's happening with my car and all i get told (after hours on hold) is 'someone will be in touch'. Telephone lines are constantly busy and it takes over 4 hours to be told that the person on the phone can't answer questions. I raised a formal complaint with a call handler that was never actioned. I am left without any clue as to what's going on and no one has ever called me once, despite being told repeatedly that someone would be in touch. Blatant lies. My disabled wife and I have been left stranded for OVER TEN WEEKS and had to resort to expensive taxis to access local services. I genuinely would recommend any other insurer than Admiral.
