My Paypal experience

I have used Paypal now for several years. I started because I had heard good things about how they work and I have not been disappointed. My use of Paypal has increased over time and it is now my preferred option. It is quick and simple to use and I feel secure in using it. Reviewed on: 8th July 2026

Review of the Zopa, Personal loan:

Excellent service and company

I currently have a personal loan with Zopa, this is my second loan with them. My first experience of Zopa was exemplary and I had no hesitation in going back to them for my second loan. The application process was simple and I had no issues, and I have experienced no problems with Zopa at all. In fact, quite the opposite; shortly after taking out my first loan I switched bank accounts. Unfortunately this went slightly wrong and one of my loan payments did not go when it should have done. Zopa were very understanding and helpful and this issue was rectified immediately, with no impact on my loan at all. Reviewed on: 22nd February 2023
