Was in difficult financial situation and was looking for help and advice. I contacted Money Wellness debt advice, and from the very first contact, was put at ease, allowed to explain my situation without feeling rushed or embarrassed. All my options were explored, and after completing a financial assessment, I was helped to find a solution that would suit me. Once my decision was made the excellent and knowledgeable advisors help with every step of the process. With their help, I am now in a far better position going forwards. Reviewed on: 10th July 2025

Treated with respect, patience and understanding. Explained worries I had, and was advised about options that are available. Each step going forward was dealt with in an easy to understand way.
