The staff are most helpful and resolved all my problems. They have a high level of care especially when someone takes a direct debit from your account for a subscription you never applied for. There are fraudulent people out there so beware you do not get caught like I did. Thank you Vanquis staff for resolving the problem and ensuring a credit was passed on my account .
