absoloute arseholes

wanted £500 to change my employment status when I had 5 weeks left with them, went to ombudsman, they offered me £230 refund as they seen i got alternative cover when they cancelled it then was going to reinstate it and told me i cant have my no claims because they cancelled it, awful customer service was spoke to like shit and no one had a clue what they was doing!
