lack of windscreen cover

The windscreen of my vehicle got smashed and found it very difficult to contact the insurance company to organise a repair and was made to book a replacement windscreen online but not able to have the repair carried out for almost 2 weeks meaning I am without a car. I eventually contacted admiral who said they would call me back a week has now passed but no call back yet!! I therefore would not recommend this company as you may also be without a car for nearly 2 weeks as you have a cracked windscreen Reviewed on: 24th February 2023
