Review of the Starling Bank, Current account:

Easy

I am 59 yrs old and am a complete dinosaur when it comes to technology ,so have had a joint account with my husband for all my married life, (33yrs). I started a new job 3yrs ago and decided i wanted to have my own account, as i could never buy my husband a gift fir his birthday or xmas without him knowing the cost and where it was from!!!!!! I can't even remember where i had heard about Starling bank but thought it sounded ok so jumped right in, i did it all on my own too. I was a bit shocked when i realised there were no high st banks that i could go to if i had a problem, but saying that any problems that have arisen i have used the online chat and they have been very helpful. Can i just add that most of my online chats is me asking, "who do i do this, or how do i do that" but it has all been explained perfectly. Im very happy with my Starling account, and am always telling people about how easy it is and if i can do it, anyone can!!!! Reviewed on: 26th February 2023
