Cora does not appear when Im logged into digital banking

It has caused me a lot of problems when logged into digital banking because cora does not appear. I now assume its because of my Fsecure protection wont allow it. But nowhere in your help pages explains this or what to do and Call centre help staff dont know anything about it either. They could at least have suggested this might be the problem.
