This company is incompetent!

Not only have they lost over 30% of my pension pot, invested in a low risk category; they also are a nightmare from an administrative viewpoint. It takes ages to get through to them, a request for a quotation made on the 7th February has not been received to date 27th February and no indication of how much longer. Since the initial request my funds have dropped further significantly. The adviser told me that I was responsible for my own investments as apparently they are not responsible for any investments.
