Dissapointed with this years quote

Very disappointed that this year my quote has gone up on previous years! I have tried looking elsewhere and everyone else offers a similar price so I can't complain, but I expected a little more for my loyalty with them for the past 3 years. Cash machine stole my money but Barclays came to the rescue!

After a cash machine had rejected my transaction and gave me my card back, I assumed it was just an error and simply went to another machine. It wasn't until later that week whilst checking my balance using the online banking app (which is also very handy!) that I noticed I had still been charged for the transaction but did not receive any cash! In panic I rang Barclays (this was at 23:30) and explained my situation. The process was quick and easy, and the money was back in my account within 24 hours! Fantastic service from Barclays! Reasonable price for young driver (19 Years old), and dropped dramatically after a year!

Been with Admiral for 2 and a half years now for car insurance. For my first policy the price was reasonable, and compared to most well known insurance companies very low! After a year the price dropped significantly! It dropped by £800 to be exact. Had to change details to my policy and this was done over the phone with great ease. Standard student additions accounts, free overdraft and great customer service.

I have had a student additions account with Barclays for over 3 years now and I have never had a problem. If I have ever had to contact Barclays they have been very helpful and I cannot fault their customer service. As a whole the in-store experience has also been excellent. Also they offer an interest free overdraft that can be extended easily. Would strongly recommend that Barclays banking app for all smart phone users. Reviewed on: 8th October 2014
