Shamefully poor service.

I can't remember ever being so concerned about a financial organisation, as I am with NS&I. The service is alarmingly poor, which is to be expected from an inadequately prepared staff. The reviews on TrustPilot speak volumes and are seemingly ignored by senior staff, as well as the CEO. No attempt, so far, has been made to rectify the very serious issues and over a very lengthy period of time. State owned? I am ashamed. Reviewed on: 1st March 2023
