I value Customer Service as much as I value decent, safe banking facilities. Suffolk Building Society delivers exceptionally well on both. In addition the support it gives to local community projects is amazing. What is even better us that there are branches to visit and people to speak to face to face. Absolutely delighted with the service

I did not think such things still existed. A branch that you can walk in to and get personal and friendly service. People who are real and easy to contact, quick to respond to any needs. Had to pinch myself to check I was not dreaming of a bygone age!! I hope the first impressions last a long time and the whole approach stays customer focused and accessible.
