Best bank I have ever had

I actually enjoy going to the bank now! Staff are friendly helpful and nothing is too much bother. When I was on my way to London for a night out my card was fraudulently used. I went to the metro bank by cheapside, they had closed, but the employee open the door and spoke to me. I explained I had to have my card cancelled on the way to London. He issued me a new card and made sure I was ok, this was after hours Reviewed on: 2nd March 2023
