Good service from well trained and helpful staff.

The Society offer good products at competetive rates and having a local office in the town is a huge bonus. Having been revamped a little while ago, it offers comfortable surroundings and is light and bright. Unlike my experiences with previous building societies and banks, there always seem to be enough staff on hand to meet customer demand. The staff are always very pleasant, and helpful and at the same time knowledgeble about the products they are dealing with. I would certainly recommend them to anyone who is looking to save, to invest or to insure, either for the first time or is seeking to switch their accounts from an existing building society or bank. Good service all round

We have been with the Leek Building Society for several years having switched our account from a local bank. This proved to be a good move as we have enjoyed excellent service from day one. The staff are not only helpful and friendly but also very efficient and knowledgeable, immediately putting the customer at ease. The surroundings are comfortable and pleasant to be in and provide a much better user experience than the banks. We would have no hestitation in recommending the Leek United to anyone who was looking to either switch their account from anothr provider, or seeking to open an account for the first time.
