I love that I can go into branch to see a person.

I love that I can go into branch to see a person.I only go annually as my savings mature to discuss my options in person.They always remember me and I have complete confidence in how the explain the whole process and my options. Reviewed on: 23rd January 2024

Great face to face personal advise

I keep all of my savings with leek United,I do this because I appreciate the on store personal experience. I only tend to go in-store once or twice a year to renew my savings but when I do nothing is ever to much and I'm always remembered by the staff. I get great advice,feel reassured and valued and they make everything so simple . I appreciate that I can do things face to face and with help to fill forms ect and it not all being online or electronically. Great service,this is the reason I've opened opened two more savings accounts with leek this year alone. I could get better rates online but I appreciate the on store experience.
