Not a very helpful bank. My credit score was okay but they would only give me a loan at a ridiculous rate. You would think that they would help you considering you are their customer. Customer service is bad - end up waiting on hold for ages and you never really get anywhere. Reviewed on: 30th April 2018

Great service

Amigo are very quick and professional. They answer the phone very quickly and have UK call centres from what I can tell. Very useful and friendly staff willing to help you. Had a loan previously with amigo and I’ve just gone back to them becuase quite simply I trust them and they’re great at what they do. 100% choose amigo for customer satisfaction right to the very end of your agreement.
