Good but slipping

Has always been really good but getting really difficult to get help now! With a record number of locations closing and so few with counter services and very, very few open on Saturdays. Online help used to be good but I have had occasions where I have had to keep repeating a question to get an answer from them. So good but slipping really fast! Reviewed on: 9th July 2023

Good Bank but limited locations

Good bank and good customer services but sadly with so many branches closed or closing makes find one a little difficult now. But online service great too! Reviewed on: 6th March 2023
