USELESS, TIME WASTING BOT

Useless bot, repeating same questions with final outcome, i wait yesterday and now today over an hour each time with no response apart from i m handing you over to an agent. Not even worth 1 star, but no choice to proceed. Reviewed on: 7th March 2023
