Dreadful

I have rung numerous of times to cancel my insurance, poor service, misleading - was told i would get my monthly premium refunded back as i cancelled it on the day it went out and never got reimbursed, after calling again i now have to pay an additional cost and have been told i know wont be having any money refunded back. Everyone one have spoken to has a different thing to say. Reviewed on: 7th March 2023
