Bath Building Society - the best!

I have saved with Bath Building Society for many, many years and although I moved from Bath to Burnham on Sea twelve years ago my husband and I chose to leave our various accounts with BBS, Very helpful staff, excellent customer service and good interest rates. Deposits are made by sending cheques by post and the passbook is always returned showing the new deposit very quickly. Just wish that other financial business othered such a good service. Best Service Possible

Very friendly, efficient and prompt service at all times. I do not live in Bath now but find postal service excellent - passbook back as quick as it possible to be. Interest rates are better than High Street Banks. Reviewed on: 8th March 2023
