Review of the RateSetter, Loans:

No empathy

I was struggling financially and I applied for breathing space, all my credit cards and loans were placed on hold for a couple of months until I get my head above water, all my card providers were really understanding and patient apart from rate setter who constantly text me asking me to pay my arrears when my breathingspace ended, I couldn't afford to do this as I was still only just staying afloat ( isn't the reason for having breathing space is to have breathing space ?? ) this greatly affected my mental health and was in a state of panic wondering how I was going to clear the arrears, I found the texts extremely poor from a customer service point of view, I have since cleared the arrears up, unfortunately the bad service will stay with me forever, absolutely heartless Reviewed on: 9th March 2023
