Loyalties get you no where

First time i took out a 5 year loan was an easy process. I have never missed a payment and am coming to the end of this loan now. I am earning over double what I was earning when I took this loan out and have an excellent credit rating. When requesting to add a small amount to the loan with a 95% chance of success they refused me. When i asked for feedback they refused to respond. Wont be using ever again!
