Quick & Simple - its what we all want

As a brand new customer I had some issues with my customer number due to my own fault in entering my birth date incorrectly. I used Cora and had the issue quickly resolved. There was a point in which I needed to talk to a human and this again was quick smooth and easy. In the past with other banks its fair to say having online issues and trying to resolve is up there with one of the most painfully slow experiences.! Reviewed on: 10th March 2023
