old fashioned processes

Had a regular savings account for 3 years - could only get one annual statement despite going into a branch to ask for a print out - said it would have to be posted! No online facility at all to manage or view the account so when I closed the account I had to write a letter and wait for a cheque. Try to support local business but this is not efficient for me.
