The app is easy to navigate, plenty of helpful purchase options. It’s accepted on most big purchases and when you experience problems you have the support and back up. Reviewed on: 8th June 2026

No hassle no frills banking

Had no issues with my current account. Online access easy to use and set up. The branch has always been helpful. I am currently unable to link my accounts as metro does not yet offer this facility and branches are few and far between. But overall I’m happy enough Reviewed on: 10th March 2023
