Metro are trying hard in a changing market

There is no doubt that banking has seen huge changes over the last few years, both in terms of engagement but also in terms of services. Metro have tried to buck the trend in offering a high street presence as well as telephone based service. It is not an easy path to tread but at least Metro are trying to be client facing as well as innovative. To that end our business manager is a real person as is their team. We have access and whilst things are not always right, they do try. Reviewed on: 10th March 2023
