Superb phone service

I needed to take action in relation to children’s savings accounts at maturity for five of my grandchildren. I knew that I would struggle to do this online. I phoned and spoke with Maria who was incredibly helpful and patient. lt took a while with Maria talking me through the options and she did an excellent job in finding the best solutions. Thank you. Not great in the North

I manage the finances for a club based in Cumbria. Whenever I want to make changes e.g. to signatories, the only solution seems to be to “drop in at a branch”. As the nearest branch is Manchester that is not very convenient, to say the least. Metro Bank are poor at online banking. Reviewed on: 10th March 2023
