Was on the phone for hours!

A good insurance so far haven't had much involvement however it wouldn't let me set it up online. This meant I had to make a phone call. I was on the phone for about 2 hours just to set up a car insurance. Haven't had any other problems but I haven't had to contact them either. Reviewed on: 3rd August 2016
