Amazing customer service

I use metro bank for my personal banking as well as my business banking. Whether I need to speak to them online or in person they’re always straightforward, helpful and deal with anything incredibly quickly. In the past I’ve had to get a new bank card with my previous bank, that required a long phone call, speaking to a number of people and a wait for the card to be posted. With Metro Bank it was entirely dealt with within 15 minutes. Stress free. Reviewed on: 10th March 2023
