Review of the Metro Bank, Business Banking:

The only bank that listened.

I wanted to open a small business account in September 2020. I could not even get past the gatekeepers at the branches of the four big banks. "We are not opening any new business accounts," was the common answer. I finally walked into Metro Bank to be warmly welcomed and within 2 hours had managed to provide enough information to start the process. Within one week I had a new account. The Metro Bank online website is brilliant and easy to use. The people manning the desks on the branch are polite and friendly with a 'can do' attitude. Thank you Reviewed on: 10th March 2023
