User friendly banking

I switched to Metro bank a few years ago because my partner started using them and said how much easier it was to bank with them. The longer opening hours make life so much easier as we have a very busy lifestyle and restricted hours made banking in branch very difficult. Any time we have issues with the app we pop in and friendly staff always get it resolved quickly. We are very happy with Metro bank Reviewed on: 10th March 2023
