New customer with Metro Bank (business account). In Branch experience excellent and over the phone, issues resolved with immediately. Staff are knowledgeable and resolved my issues efficiently and effectively with minimum fuss. Open until late and branches also open on Sundays! Reviewed on: 10th March 2023
