Great banking!

There are no charges for missed direct debits meaning you are better able to keep on top of finances without being charged for lack of funds and falling further into debt. The staff in my local branch are always very friendly and so helpful as well as the call centre staff. Nothing seems too much trouble. You can easily manage your account online and in the app and has a running balance with pending charges so no chance of going overdrawn. They seem to have an ethos that keeps the individual in mind where as other banks I have banked with are all about the money they can gain from you Reviewed on: 10th March 2023
