StepChange debt management.

I approached StepChange about debt management. I was given all the information and advice without pressure or judgement. There was no rush. I went through everything and all questions answered and my fears were laid to rest. After a number of years worrying and talking to some uncaring creditors I found a solution to my stress and debts. Now I can breathe. It doesn’t stop there, I have had concerns in the time I’ve had the plan and they are always there to help time after time. Reviewed on: 5th May 2024

The right choice.

I had a bad experience with another bank. I decided that I wanted to make a change and after research I went into my local branch, the person who dealt with me (Joe) made me feel that I had made the right decision.
