A breath of fresh air after the unresponsiveness and bureaucracy of others

I am a charity finance director, we approached Metro Bank because our existing bankers were creating a threat to our charity. Their bureaucracy was so slow and complex that we were at risk of being unable to pay our staff, suppliers and to make grants to our delivery partners. Metro have been like a breath of fresh air, everything is easy, their people, whether the relationship manager or staff in branch are responsive. They are highly visible and active in our local community, everything a bank should be Reviewed on: 10th March 2023
