Great professional and personal service

I enjoy using my local Metrobank. It is open every day. Every time I enter I am always promptly greeted and given a kind assistance to see a Metro Bank team member. They assist me with enquiry in a friendly and knowledgeable manner. My visit is usually completed in less than 10 minutes, they resolve any issues very quickly or in a timely manner. I especially like how they can provide me with a new debit card on the spot. I have convinced my husband and children to open new accounts with Metro Bank, it is stress-free banking. Customer service is the best compared to other banks where I hold other accounts. It is modern banking with traditional courtesy.
