Great Customer Support

I’ve moved to Metro Bank with my personal and business accounts and I can’t express how happy I am with the decision. First of all they open 7 days a week which is absolutely amazing to be able to sort out your business on a Sunday Simplicity is another strong point They keep it simple and easy Customer Service is amazing App is super simple and easy to use And something I’ve never seen before is that I had my card and been able to use the account 5 minutes after been created on Sunday They printed my bank card straight in the bank!!! They the best at the moment and really found a way to be good virtually and physically . Reviewed on: 10th March 2023
