Unimpressed

While it started off with leading rates when it first entered the market, it quickly lagged behind all the other players. After many months it now has increased rates but not enough to match the top accounts. What makes it worse is that outgoing payments seem to be incredibly delayed. It can take several hours for a payment to reach your linked bank account even on a weekday. Reviewed on: 10th March 2023

Excellent all around

Really clean and well designed app with a simple dashboard that lets you easily understand how your whole portfolio is doing. Great track record at returns on investment too even when you set at higher risk tolerance levels. Reviewed on: 10th March 2023

Only bank committed to working customers

I've been impressed with Metro Bank for a number of years now. The most important aspect of banking with them is the fact they're open late in the evening as well as Sundays. For people like me who work weekday 9-5 jobs, it's brilliant not having to worry about opening hours. Reviewed on: 10th March 2023
