Highly Efficient Banking Service

I was unable to use my new debit card, due to forgetting my pin number. I went to the Tottenham Court Road branch for in-house help. Not only was I able to deposit some cash into my account, I also walked away with a new card in my hand. It was conducted so speedily and with such efficiency. I literally was stunned, as it was so unexpected. I was truly waiting for them to tell me to expect my new card in the post in the next few days or weeks.
