Outstanding customer service

Excellent customer service every time I have had an enquiry. Dealt with quickly and professionally. Merry Hill branch staff are great and always happy to help. The app is easy and trouble free to use enabling me to do most of my banking from the office. Opening hours are far more convenient than other high Street banks. Would not hesitate to recommend then to anyone. Reviewed on: 10th March 2023
