Excellent Customer Service

I was a Barclays Business customer for 35+ years but was very unhappy with the decline in personal services provided through the bank over the years, we took a bold step and transferred all of our business accounts to Metro Bank and we haven't looked back since, the service from the management team is second to none, if there is a issue you speak with a allocated banking personnel in the UK instead of a computer or someone overseas.
