Review of the Metro Bank, Current account:

Friendly

I am young and autistic, so I find most major banks intimidating. Our local metro bank is a big glass building with open meeting spaces and quick assistance. I recently had to swap my main account with another because of a small hiccup when I turned 18, and not only were the staff friendly and helpful, they were able to print and handover my new card before we left.
