Great customer service

My branch are always ready to assist and answer all my questions. They also offer to help in any possible way they can. The first time I opened an account with them, it was on my birthday. After I provided my details and the customer service person helping me to set up the account realised that it was my birthday, I was surprised with a birthday cake, gifts and other members of staff joining in to sing happy birthday to me. The branch manager wished me happy birthday on behalf of the bank in general. I would never forget that day because their actions really brightened my day. It turned a sad birthday into a wonderful one.
