The best customer service in the industry

I switched to metro bank a few years ago and had never experienced such stellar customer service. The 24/7 customer care and long in store opening hours are great for my flexible schedule too. Would absolutely recommend to a friend, especially if you’re prone to losing your bank card like me! Reviewed on: 10th March 2023
