I transferred my existing current account to Metro Bank in October last year, and couldn't be happier with the service. Being able to visit a branch, at a convenient time to fit in with the busy working week, enables me to take care of anything I need to, whilst speaking to a friendly and professional person. Metro Bank offers great opening hours, and friendly, professional service both in person and over the telephone. Reviewed on: 10th March 2023
